Located on the 22nd floor, our 56 m² apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a dining room with sea views, a built-in terrace, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
BeniSkyLand® provides comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people, with bright, clean interiors and coverings.
The living room has been designed with modern, transparent dining chairs and a glass table, behind which a glass wall separates the relaxation area overlooking the sea. The view can also be enjoyed from the sofa or the dining table. The bathroom is elegantly tiled with warm-toned mosaic tiles and equipped with premium lighting and a rain shower.

The real Benidorm experience: far from the myths
Benidorm is often portrayed in the media and travel blogs as a “party town.” However, this is actually a misleading image: Benidorm is in fact a very clean, orderly, and safe city that offers an excellent quality of life.
The lively “party tourism” is only a small part of Benidorm’s colorful world, concentrated in a well-defined area that is easy to find for those who want it and just as easy to avoid for those who are not looking for this type of entertainment.
We know from our own experience that anyone who lives here or stays here for a longer period of time leaves with positive experiences and would not trade this place for anything else.

The BeniSkyLand apartment is ideal for those who love the beautiful Mediterranean panorama and want to spend more time in peaceful, comfortable surroundings, just a stone’s throw from the city’s most popular promenade, the vibrant Levante Beach.
Based on its amenities and location, this “superior” apartment is 56 square meters in size and has two bedrooms, a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The building’s outdoor swimming pool and tennis court offer further opportunities for active recreation, while parking can be rented on site.

Our apartment welcomes guests with two plush mascots: Beni the seagull and Dorka the dolphin. Our dear guests can take these home with them as souvenirs.
